Utah Trip

We recently got back from a fun trip to Utah. Both of our families are there and we sure love visiting. The weather is nice, family is close and it is a nice relaxing get away. Kenzi loved sitting outside on the hammock and swing just enjoying the breeze. We also think she must really love Utah and Grandma because it was at Grandma's house that she finally decided to roll over. What a fun event that was, we sure love seeing her grow. She also got lots of love from grandma and it is so fun to see the interaction between them. Grandma fed her all kinds of food, she was definitely spoiled and loved every minute of it. She also got to go to her first rodeo and man she was a trooper. We were definitely blessed with a great baby. I am sad I didn't get any pictures of Kenzi and grandma this trip. But she should be back soon to capture all those fun moments. Enjoy the pictures.

Kenzi's Blessing

So these posts are totally out of order. But our beautiful baby was blessed on July 3rd. I am so thankful to have a husband that is worthy to bless her, to give her a name and to be able to receive the spirit and inspiration that Heavenly Father has given him. We are also thankful for all the love and support from family and friends. I am thankful for this church and the gospel. I don't want to think about where I would be without it.
Fun fact: This is the dress that I was blessed in. Passed down to Kenzi, and maybe other girls in the future :)

Ry and Char's Wedding

We had the pleasure to see these two amazing people sealed in the temple for time and all eternity! We sure love them! What a great couple, we are so thankful that they will be able to enjoy all the blessings of a temple marriage and celestial family. Of course as most weddings do, we also got to visit with lots of Kenny's family that we haven't seen in a while. So fun! Prepare for picture overload, there are so many cute ones.

This is Kenzi's new best friend Seth (Kenny's cousin) he carried her around, took care of her when she was fussy, put the pacifier back in her mouth and as you'll see in the next photo, even took a nap with her. It is exhausting to take care of a baby you know :).

This is Kenzi with her grandma (Kenny's mom) and her new cousin Bentley. They are only about 6 months apart. I can't wait until they are old enough to play together. I hope they will be great friends.

Kenzi also had her first daddy daughter dance, and her first dance with a boy :)

It definitely was a fun weekend! We loved spending time with the Utah family! For more pictures check out my facebook.

Whew.....

Once again it has been too long since I have posted! There has been so much that has happened that I am going to separate the posts so feel free to continue to scroll through them.

4 month check up
Here are the stats....
13lbs 10oz
25 inches long
15.75 head circumference
As usual her height is really high on the scale, like in the 80th percentile, her weight was about 50th percentile and her head is small, being like the 40th percentile.

A few fun facts....
*She loves to be facing out, to observe, and she sure wished she could play with the kids. Soon enough.
*She has not learned how to roll over (well she hadn't by her 4 month check up anyway, she can now)
*She is very interactive and playful, always afraid she will miss out on something!
